VIHASA Training in Ghana
August 2025 | Ghana
In August 2025, VIHASA successfully completed a training programme in Ghana, bringing together facilitators for an enriching and impactful learning experience.
The training was marked by a strong spirit of collaboration, reflection and shared learning, with participants actively engaging throughout the programme.
Impressive Facilitation
A key highlight of the training was the quality of facilitation demonstrated by all seven facilitator pairs.
Each pair brought their own strengths, perspectives and approach to the sessions, contributing to a dynamic and engaging training experience. Their ability to work collaboratively and create meaningful spaces for dialogue reflected the depth of preparation and commitment invested in the programme.
The facilitation skills displayed throughout the training were particularly impressive, demonstrating confidence, attentiveness and an ability to connect with participants.
Growing Together
The Ghana training provided an opportunity not only to develop facilitation skills, but also to strengthen the sense of connection and purpose within the VIHASA community.
Through practice, feedback and reflection, the seven pairs continued to build their confidence and capacity to facilitate meaningful conversations around values, personal development and wellbeing.
The completion of the training represents another important step in VIHASA's ongoing efforts to develop skilled facilitators who can carry its values-based approach into different communities and contexts.
Congratulations to all seven facilitator pairs on successfully completing the VIHASA training in Ghana!
